Many conditions can cause lower abdominal pain. Causes vary with both location of the pain, as well as the gender and age of the individual.Read more info

Hello Anonymous,

Pain in the lower middle of your abdomen could be gas pains or a pulled muscle.
However, if the pain moves to the lower right abdomen, you need to be concerned about an inflamed appendix. If the pain persists and sustained, you need to consult your physician.
