Your symptoms could be caused by several health conditions.
How old are you? The abdominal symptoms may indicate an ovarian cyst or pelvic abscess. If you are older, these symptoms may indicate diverticulits.
The organs located in the abdomen include the colon, ureters, ovaries, fallopian tubes and uterus. Any problems with these organs can cause you pain.
I honestly don't know how the symptoms of clammy skin, swollen feet, the metallic taste in your mouth and nervousness are related.
My suggestion is to make an appointment with your primary care physician to have a complete physical examination. That may answer your question of " what could be the cause of these things".
