Guide

Hi,
Zinc is an essential trace mineral that is naturally present in certain foods such as oysters, red meat, poultry, beans and whole grains. Certain foods such as breakfast cereals, are fortified with zinc. Zinc plays a role in growth and development, the immune system, neurological function and reproduction.
Zinc Chelated is a supplemental form of zinc used to treat zinc deficiency.
