What should I do if I have occasional head tremors depending on if I am stressed and caffeine intake?

I am 62. My oldest sister has essential tremors and takes medication.

Hi Anonymous,

Essential tremors can be inherited and are then known as familial tremors. Please schedule an appointment with your doctor to determine if you are having familial tremors and if medication is needed.
