For the past month my nipples been real sore....today i had a sharp need feeling my right nipple......i don't know what it is.....i need some help

The only nipple pain I've had was maybe a week or so leading up to my period, but yours sounds like more than that. I agree with the other comment that you should probably make an appointment with a doctor, just in case.

First I should mention that anytime your nipple pain persist or causes you concern, you should seek medical care. It can be a number of things going on from infection to inflammation of ducts on breast/nipples or even a breast abscess. However, I would not advise speculating. Make an appointment so to get things checked out.
