what does a blood clog look like if your not to sure what it is.

I had surgery done to both of my left/right arms. i had to be setup for a fistula, but the doctor wound up removing after having a kidney surgery later down the road Im starting to have these burning pain where the fistula was place and they stitch me up Im feeling a lump there now

i had a test that said i was positive for blood clot after i broke my left lower leg i was sent to get sonnagram they only did the left leg and it was clear so where is it?
