Welcome to EmpowHER. Many things can be the cause of your hematuria. In hematuria, your kidneys — or other parts of your urinary tract — allow blood cells to leak into urine. Urinary tract infections, Kidney infections, A bladder or kidney stone, Kidney injury, Strenuous exercise or some medications.
