well i do have bleeding and pain, discomfort

It depends how much bleeding you experienced, if you had pain or discomfort, or any other symptoms.

Some women can experience slight cramping and/or spotting (a few drops of blood) after sex, as sometimes the vaginal tissue can get small tears from the friction of intercourse, or from fingernails (during foreplay).
