Hi Anon

Thanks for your question!

To reduce uric acid you should avoid red meat, seafood and alcohol that contains yeast. In fact, avoid foods that contains yeast too, it can produce uric acid in your body.

You should include citrus into your diet - including lemons and limes.  Even though citrus would appear to be "acidy" - it provides an alkaline effect instead.   Add apple cider to your diet (add it to drinks).  This really helps.

Cherries are a good choice of good to lessen uric acid.

Make sure any medications you are on aren't contributing to the production of uric acid in your body.

I hope this helps!
