I sent a question, which was answered. But there is a part two to my dilemma. Aside from the fact last months period was a week late and it is now less than a week before my expected period this month, I am still having problems with the pinkish and filmy issue... At night is the worst, I wake up periodically throughout the night because I have a sudden urge to pee. What the heck is going on?

I do not know what your first question was. I am assuming that you had a period for November, are waiting for your period for December to start, and have been having a pink colored vaginal discharge since November.
It is time to be seen by a gynecologist. Face to face, your physician can obtain a medical history from you about your symptoms and perform a pelvic exam with Pap smear test.
Pink colored vaginal discharge indicates some degree of bleeding. Causes can be as simple as vaginal dryness or more serious like pelvic inflammatory disease.
