I have been trying to grow my hair out for about a year. The problem is that my hair keeps breaking off so I have to keep cutting it. I would like to know if there is some wonder shampoo and conditioner out there in this world or at least some sort of hair product to make my hair unbreakable.

yes yes yes there are many many products.. The key is to determine which products are right for your specific situation. External products are beneficial, but internal products are extremely essential. Hair, skin, and nails are indicators of the internal conditions. I would need to evaluate your diet, nutrition, exercise habits and medical history to determine your particular deficiencies. I offer a hair growth program for men and women like yourself which includes body chemistry modification. In simple terms, assisting and stabilizing a standard pH for the removal of environmental, hereditary, and dietary toxins using homeopathic alternatives. I use science to determine the underlying cause of your problem. As well i utilize a complete line of non-toxic, non-metallic sulfate free, ammonia-free,ph balanced products and an intense scalp stimulatr which increases blood circulation thru essetnial herbs and vitamins ..baby steps....baby steps.....baby steps.

Yes there are many many products out ther ....the question is which choice suits your needs the best...however ther isn't a quick fix as generally there is an underlyng cause that starts internally....an evaluation of your diet nutrition excercise habits and medical history is needed to pinpoint your deficiencies..external products are beneficial but internal products are essential to reverse the problem.. I am offering a hair growth program to help women and men understand the science of hair skin and nails as these are appendages of our internal organs... Hairdoctk

Without knowing the root cause (no pun intended) of your dry hair, it's hard to help with suggestions.

Are you overworking your hair - pulling it back into bands, clips, etc.?

Do you generally have dry skin?

Are you over-brushing your hair? Using a proper type of brush?

Do you regularly blow dry your hair? Use hot/electric rollers, a curling iron, ceramic straightener or other heat appliance?

Are you using the right products for your hair type?

Do you keep your hair regularly trimmed?

Do you drink enough water?

Are you over-treating your hair, like Tina asked - coloring/highlighting, etc.?

Hey Zaitley, Is your hair colored? Or has it been processed in any other way? (Highlighted, straightened, etc.)

We also have a hair specialist looking into some products for you. Details to come.

My hair is not colored. I do wear it up most of the time because of where I work. I do dry it before pulling it back though.
