I took my pill 3 hours late, had unprotected sex that night and took Plan b a day and a half later. I took two pregnancy tests and they both came back negative.
About 2-3 weeks later, I took my pill a half hour early and had unprotected sex.
The next night, I took my pill about an hour late. Then I was hanging with some friends and I'm pretty sure this guy slipped something in my drink because all I remember from that night, is I woke up naked in my bed and my vagina hurt really bad. Possibilities of being pregnant? Are they high?

Yes, I'm changing my pill taking time next pack, which will be this Sunday. College definitely made it harder to take it at the same time everyday!

I should start tomorrow. If not, then I'm going to go buy some HPT.

Hi,
I don't think the effectiveness of birth control is that strongly decreased if you take your pill an hour earlier or a half of an hour later. It is important to take the pill at the same time each day. Can you pick a time that is easy for you, say 12 noon each day? That would help you stay protected against an unwanted pregnancy.
Now, about the risk of pregnancy with your spiked drink episode...you were probably okay and protected since you took the pill about an hour late but the only way to know is to wait for your period. If you are late by a week, take a home pregnancy test. But- how long ago did you take Plan B? Plan B can cause changes in your menstrual cycle. You could be late because of taking Plan B. If you are really concerned, you could have a blood pregnancy test done.
