Hi Anon,

What do mean by nursing management? Do you want to know what a nurse would do for a patient with Thalassemia? You can look up information, here: https://www.empowher.com/media/reference/thalassemia
Unfortunately, we do not answer Homework questions. What I can tell you is that nursing management usually involves what the nurse would do in regard to risks of a patient with Thallasemmia and their medications. For example, If a patient is taking an antihypertensive, a nursing consideration would be to take the patient's blood pressure prior to administering the medication. Know the pathology of Thallasemia, its symptoms, and treatments and use that to guide you with what a nurse's priorities would include.
