sheick omar farouh,
This is completely unique to every woman. A woman whose monthly cycle is 28 days, is usually ovulating and most fertile between days 12-15 (day 14 being the average). It's a little more difficult to predict when a woman has irregular periods or has periods that are longer than 35 days.
There's a basal body temperature method where the woman takes her temp every morning when she wakes up and logs it into a journal. When your temperature peaks it usually means that you have just ovulated. This method will usually work after a few months when you begin to see a pattern in peak and can predict when you will be ovulating the following month.
Good Luck,
Rosa
