Thanks for your post and welcome!

Your treatments for trigger finger will depend on how severe it is.

Have you tried a splint for at least 6 weeks? That usually helps , as does physical therapy for your finger - a set of special exercises. Have you tried this too?

You may also have to change your lifestyle in that you will have to avoid activities that can aggrivate trigger finger even more, like certain repetitive actions.

You can also try Corticosteroids or anti-inflammatory options like Advil.
