What is prognosis for stage 4 breast cancer and stage 1 lung cancer

According to cancer.org, Breast cancers that have spread to other parts of the body are more difficult to treat and tend to have a poorer outlook. Metastatic, or stage IV breast cancers, have a 5-year relative survival rate of about 22%. Still, there are often many treatment options available for women with this stage of breast cancer.

In stage I non-small cell lung cancer, cancer may be found in the underlying lung tissues, but not the lymph nodes. Stage I is divided into two sub-stages, 1A and 1B, based on the size of the tumor. The five-year survival rate for patients diagnosed with stage I lung cancer is about 60-80 percent.
