Hi Puneet,
You may want to have your blood pressure monitored or checked by a doctor, to make sure you don't actually have high blood pressure. That way, you can rule out a medical condition.
Your anxiety from quitting smoking is normal, and actually expected. How long did you smoke previously? Nervousness, jittery and anxiety are all withdrawal symptoms from quitting smoking, and once you can get past these feelings, they will diminish over time. It is a good idea to have a physical exam by a doctor, now that you are on the path to being a quitter (!).
If drinking water helps you feel better, you may be dehydrated. Are you often thirsty? Thirst is a sign that you are already dehydrated, and eating more fruits and vegetables (they contain high amounts of water, compared to processed or pre-prepared foods), as well as drinking more water throughout the day can help stabilize your feelings. If you still feel anxious or like you have high blood pressure (what are your symptoms, exactly?), a doctor's visit would be a good idea.

Hi Puneet,
For natural ways to reduce anxiety, research shows that deep breathing is helpful which will also answer your question about Yoga being a great way to reduce your anxiety. Yoga contains many deep breathing exercises. Here is some more natural ways to reduce anxiety http://www.myhomeremedies.com/topic.cgi?topicid=306.
If you are concerned about your high blood pressure and running, you should really consult your physician about possible exercises. If you begin any sort of exercise regime, you should always consult your physician first. I hope this helps.
It is always great to hear from you.

Hi Puneet,
It is good to hear from you again and glad to hear that you are doing well without smoking. Have you been diagnosed with anxiety? Here is our link to our anxiety page which may be helpful for you https://www.empowher.com/condition/anxiety.
I found a nutrition guide that may benefit you also http://www.anxietypanic.com/nutrition.html.
Doing a little research on anxiety and garlic found that although garlic is great for blood pressure, it can indeed create higher anxiety or depression in some people. Maybe reducing your garlic intake will help with your anxiety.
I hope this information helps you. If we can be of more assistance, please let me know.
Good luck!
