I think that losing your virginity is certainly a life changing experience. If you chose to continue to have sexual relations, seeing your physician and talking to him/her about your new life should be number 1 on your list. He/She can certainly give you advise about possible sexually transmitted diseases, give you birth control options as well as give you a piece of mind about sex.
There are so many possibilities with your question, if you could elaborate more, we can certainly point you in the right direction.

Yes, like DianeP says, what do you mean? What are your concerns?

Hi, Anon, and welcome to Empowher.
Can you clarify a little about what your question is?
Are you wondering about birth control? (And please know that if you are planning on becoming intimate, you should see a doctor about going on birth control beforehand, because you can get pregnant the first time you have intercourse.)
Or does your question have to do with something physically, a symptom you've noticed or something that you've heard?
Please give us a little more information and let us see what we can help you with.
