Guide

Hello Anonymous,

Welcome to EmpowHER and thank you for reaching out to us with your concern.

When you blow your nose too hard, you increase the pressure within your ears and cause the Eustachian tubes to collapse.

Try taking sips of water. If this does not help, consider taking a decongestant, if not contraindicated.

If you do not notice any improvement, please consult an ENT (ear, nose and throat ) specialist.

Regards,
Maryann
