What should/n't I look for in Natural Femine Care

I mean this has been on/off of my mind from time to time. Even with trying out some of them without much success so far. I mainly I'm looking for the menstrual pad more then anything else. Especially, with it being on the cheap with little to no upkeep.

Hi Jessica,

Welcome back. Feminine pads come in different sizes, depending how heavy your menstrual flow is. For most women menstrual flow is heaviest the first few days and then it will start getting lighter. Hope this was helpful?
