What is wrong with my feet, they both hurt so bad day and night with excruxciating pain to the point it is almost unbearable it is on the top of both feet

I'm so sorry to hear about your situation.
There could be a number of different reasons why you are experiencing such pain. But in order to pin point to cause you will need to examine a few key things such as:
--are you on your feet most of the day?
--do you have injuries to your feet in the past?
--do you have any known arthritis?
--are you still growing?
--is the pain internal or external?
--do you have bad circulation?
--are you wearing to right size shoes?
--do you have flat feet?

These are just a few things you should consider. If the pain persists are should see a doctor.
