I woke up to go to bathroom had a bad headache, throbbing pulsing heart beat on both sides of face began to feel nauseas and threw up. Then I developed severe epigastric pain. When I got to the ER BP was 199/90 HR 110. The gave me IV of morphine & Prilosec, pain subsided. Went home slept 8 hrs woke up with headache, stiff neck, dizziness, impaired judgement, ate went back to sleep woke up with headached still mental impairment, no neckache, but now feel like got kidney punched. 2 days have gone by & still feel like top of head coming off & mental impairment. They did CT of head nothing alarming showed up. CMP normal, cbc normal except high neutrophils & low lymphocytes. What's wrong I can't function.

Guide

You need to call your physician and ask if you should return to the ER and have your physician meet you there.

You may need further testing, such as an MRI with contrast or a lumbar puncture to analyze your cerebral spinal fluid.
