Hi Arshad Khan

Chronic leukemia is build up over months or years and can be treated straight away or monitored for some time to see what happens with cell development - they my be able to be contained.

Acute is a leukemia that happens quite suddenly and needs to be treated straight away because the cancerous cells can spread quite quickly through the body. So for that reason, it could be said that Acute may be more dangerous to the rapid nature of it's development and spread.

Best,

Susan
