January 3, 2016 - 10:35pmAfter having a tubal ligation there is a rick of having an ectopic pregnancy. This could explain the abdominal pain. It is good that you will have an appointment soon. A pap smear will show any abnormalities.
Keep in mind that you can have healthy reproductive system without having regular periods. So if your pap smear shows everything is normal, you can trust the results.
