I was recently taking a diet pill called Extreme 500, it's a form of ACE. When I take it, I stops my period and it'll take a while for me to get it again. Well one day I wiped and there was pinkish blood so I put on a pad. Its been about a week and I still am only getting pinkish to pinkish brown when I wipe and there's really nothing ever on the pad. And there's no possible way I can be pregnant. So can anyone tell me what's goin on? Because I hate waisting pads and it's getting annoying having to keep one on

Thanks for replying! I've been off of them for a couple months now. And I'm not gonna lie it has been stressful, we just got back from vacation. We're wanting to move over 800 miles away (more warmth) lol and that's stressful trying to figure out how and I'm trying to get a job. But I've never had a period that was basict just spotty for so long. It went heavy today and then this evening went back to just seeing something when I go to the bathroom. If it's not better by the end of the week I may see a doctor cuz this isn't normal for me

Hi southerngirl93

Thanks for your post and welcome!

If you have noticed that your menstrual cycle change when you take these diet pills (that have potentially dangerous chemicals in them by the way, even if they are "all-natural") then you need to stop taking the diet pills to get your cycle regular again.

It's good that you were able to make this link so you know the cause!

It may be taking your cycle a month or two to become regular again.

If you find that your cycle isn't regular again next month, consult your doctor to see if you have any kind of hormonal upset that could be causing this. Best,
