whats the main regionof B/L scrotal pain and recurrent urinary Tract Infection?

Having B/L pain in scrotum since 25 years. Pain relieved after ejaculation and sometimes burning micturation .Urologist diagnosed Epidydmo Orchitis.
Urine culture reports:- Ecoli
I have taken this medicine as follows:-
Tab. Cefuroxime-500mg /Bid/for 25 days
Tab. Nitrofurantion-300mg/Tid/for 3 months
Tab. Ofloxacin-400mg/Bid/for 3 months
Tab. Seratiopeptidase/Tid/for 3 months
A few months Relived but same problem as it is.

It is important to have the underlying cause of orchitis specifically treated. If your current medications are not working, you need to talk to your urologist about re-testing for a proper diagnosis and treating the cause (virus, bacteria, etc).
