Hi Alejandra - Thanks for writing back. First, you need to see your doctor or another qualified health care practitioner as soon as you can. Becoming dizzy on a regular basis could stem from several things, including a blood disorder or a neurological disorder, and shouldn't be taken lightly or self-diagnosed.

The vaginal discharge may be from a yeast infection. While a yeast fungus called Candida albicans is always present in the vagina in small numbers, it can overgrow and cause a vaginal yeast infection that often includes a thick, white discharge. You can learn more about the symptoms and treatment from our vaginal yeast infection page:

While the medication to treat a yeast infection can be purchased over the counter, it would be best for you to see your physician to determine whether or not what you have is an actual yeast infection and to also be evaluated for the other symptoms you're experiencing. It's not typical for a yeast infection to cause a woman to be dizzy or tired, and those symptoms are worrisome. Can you get in to see a doctor and let us know what you find out? Take care, Pat

Hi Alejandra - It's really hard to tell what you may be dealing with from the description you've given. You mention a really thick white discharge, but you're not saying where it's located. Your nose? Ears? Mouth? Vagina? Other?

It sounds like you're saying you get tired and dizzy every day. How long have you been experiencing this? Have you seen a doctor or other healthcare provider? Has this started following a major change in the weather in your area? Does this happen both indoors and outdoors?

We'd like to help you, but need to know more, and look forward to hearing back from you.
Take care, Pat
