For the last day and a half my stomach has felt like I am going to throw up but I don't I have taken gas x and pepto because when I burp I feel a little bit better, I don't want to eat alot cause I am scared I will throw up. I can't be pregnant cause I am on the Depo shot I just want to know what it could be..

It really sounds like you may just have a stomach flu. If you don't feel better in the next couple days, I would certainly contact your doctor.
