ask: When I lie down I start to sweat (wet) & get dizzy & I start to feel pain. What could cause symptoms like these?

How long have you been experiencing these symptoms? Does any activity, food or drink trigger these symptoms? Are you experiencing any other symptoms, such as ringing in your ears, shortness of breath or vision changes?
