When is my next period expected to arrive?

My lasr period was from April 6-9. On April 16, I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend but he pulled out before ejaculating. On April 17 we had unprotected sex again, and he still pulled out before ejaculation. I took 4 tabs of Nordette on that same day and took another 4 tabs after 12 hours.

I had a 3-day withdrawal bleeding on April 25-27. It's May 10 now and I still haven't got my period. From where should I count my next period, from the first day of my original period or from the first day of the withdrawal bleeding?

Hi Anon!

Thanks for your post!

We get asked this question a lot but we can't predict someone else's cycle, especially when they have taken emergency contraception.

Best thing is probably go from your withdrawal bleed so consider that your last period.

But since EC can change the menstrual cycle the month after it's taken, it could be early or late.
