Before I became pregnant I would get body sculpting massages to help reduces the cellulite in unwanted areas and it works! The lady that ownes the salon says its perfectly normal to continue getting them now that I am pregnant? I would like to know if anybody is farmiliar with this body sculpting tecnhique which at times can be uncomfortable and and has done it while pregnant? All I care about is that it will not harm my sweet baby.

Hi kstgeorge,
Welcome and thank you for your post. This question is best left up to your OB/GYN. Massages during pregnancy can be very beneficial to reduce stress and anxiety, improve circulation, etc. Massages can be safe at any point during your pregnancy but many spas will refuse any type of massage on a woman in her first trimester due to the increased statistics for miscarriage associated with the first 12 weeks of pregnancy.
If your OB gives you the green light, I say go for it!
Good Luck!
