Low blood pressure that either doesn't cause signs or symptoms or causes only mild symptoms rarely requires treatment. If you have symptoms, which can include, dizziness, lightheadedness fainting, nausea, fatigue or lack of concentration, treatment depends on the underlying cause. So you need to see your doctor to discuss this. Using more salt and drinking more water are two ways you can raise BP.
