A couple of days ago I was rushed into the ER due to a strong pain on the right side of my ovaries, it was an ovarian cyst that had ruptured and I was bleeding internally the pain was horrible. They gave me something for the pain but that hasn't stopped the serious back pain I feel and yesterday I found out I have a urin infection and still the serious back pain?

Hello Anonymous,

Welcome to EmpowHER. That must have been a frightening experience.

You must contact your physician if you are not getting any relief. Persistent and severe back pain following internal bleeding associated with a ruptured ovarian cyst must be evaluated.

Regards,
Maryann
