i had my period on the 7th and it lasted till the 12th, it was very light and i didnt have any pain during it but now a week on i am getting bad period pain and i dont know why...if im not due on for another 2 weeks, why am i getting this period pain now?

I'm not a doctor, but it sounds like you're experiencing Mittelschmerz--better known as ovulation pain. Some women ovulate without even noticing it, but some are "blessed" with pain at ovulation. Here is more information about it from the Mayo Clinic website:

It's important to note that if you're experiencing unbearable pain, something else may be going on. You should contact your doctor in that case, or seek Urgent Care.
