Hi Little1991,

From my understanding, you are on Birth Control Pill. The bleeding can be cause from both, the pill and plan b pill.  It might have caused hormonal changes. It's important to see your doctor and explain your symptoms.

Hi Little1991, Welcome to EmpowHER. Changes in the menstrual cycle can be expected. Some women will experience spotting a few days after taking Plan B One-Step. Because Plan B One-Step may delay ovulation. It might be good to explain your symptoms to you doctor. The changes in your cycle can be due to the pills or the plan B pill.
