Why am I still bloaded even if I am on a gluten free diet.

There are other reasons for bloating aside from an allergy or sensitivity to gluten.

You could have a sensitivity to dairy or other food group including certain vegetables that can cause bloating. You also could have IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) or other gastro-intestinal conditions -  or you could even have some kind of gastric infection.

It's a good idea to talk to your doctor about what's going on so you can started testing for allergies or use other diagnostic tools to see what's going on. These tools could include going inside the stomach to see if anything is obstructing your system. A colonoscopy may also be ordered.
