My last period was over three days ago it was very heavy n clotty lasted seven days which isn't normal for me now three days after I end it's back and very heavy n clotty again my tube are tied does that have anything to do with it they have been tied over ten years.

This is very concerning, to have a period with a heavy flow and clots to be followed with another in days. Please contact your gynecologist about this as soon as you can.
I cannot say if this is related to the tubal ligation done ten years ago or a new problem. That is why you must contact your doctor.
