So just a few days ago, I woke up at around 4am just to pee and was still feeling so sleepy but I got up and went toilet and when I finished peeing, I felt a sharp pain at my clitoris part(thats where I felt and been feeling it til now) Can someone tell me what is going on?

Are you having any other symptoms such as burning or itching?
It is possible that you have some urethral irritation or a urinary tract infection. If the pain persists or worsens, contact your primary care physician who can examine you and order any necessary tests.
