Hello i am 15 years old and I have been getting sharp pains on my left hand, my bones ache all day and i don't know why. I don't use my left hand for anything i don't type much, what could it be ? I also been getting really strong headaches. It happens at least 4 times a week and the pains are everywhere on my head.I also haven't been in any accidents or injured myself anywhere. Please help, and thank you.

HI Anon,

Welcome to EmpowHER.  Pain in your hand can be due to Carpal Tunnel.

Carpal tunnel syndrome is a condition in which there is pressure on the median nerve -- the nerve in the wrist that supplies feeling and movement to parts of the hand. It can lead to numbness, tingling, weakness, or muscle damage in the hand and fingers or it can also be from a pinch nerve on your spine.  You might need to see your doctor, he can examined you and let you know what can be causing these symptoms.

Best,

Daisy
