I've had been in pain for 7 hours wats wrong wit period comes on in 2 weeks why do i got cramps now

Dull, cramp-like pain that occurs on one side of your lower abdomen about 14 days before your next menstrual period is called mittelschmerz.

The pain occur on the side of the ovary that is releasing an egg. This is when you are ovulating. It rarely requires medical attention. For minor discomfort, over the counter pain relievers, soaking in a hot bath or using a heating pad where the pain is can be effective.

Contact your doctor if new pelvic pain becomes severe and persistent accompanied by nausea or fever. These symptoms indicate a more serious condition.
