Guide

Hello and welcome to EmpowHer,
If you used a condom, these symptoms are not connected to pregnancy. Sex can be very aerobic and physically taxing, depending on the duration and physical energy you exert.
The best thing for muscle cramps is potassium. Coconut water and bananas contain a large percentage of potassium that can prevent muscle cramping. Staying hydrated also prevents muscle cramping.
The stomach cramps can be caused by many different things such as constipation or an unhealthy diet.
I general I suggest that you analyze your symptoms without relating them to having intercourse. If your problems persist over time, see a doctor.
