Hi Starr90 - Some women do experience sore breasts and nipples before, during and after their period. It may be hormone-related, or from any number of activities - sexual activity that was a little too rough, too tight sports bra, chaffing during exercise.

If you continue to have breast pain that is not cyclical (related to the cycle of your period), it is important to call your doctor if your pain continues. You can read about this topic on our reference page about breast pain:

If you are not pregnant get the guy back and tell him to do properly .make you pregnant and he will come back until you pregnant . Good luck and have fun doing it . Ian
