why dont i enjoy sex anymore?

i have been with my husband for 7years but i dnt enjoy sex with him.I thought it was so because we have been together too long but recently i slept with someone else but still i didnt enjoy sex.Is it a health problem or masturbation took my desire for sex away.But even when i masturbate i still dnt enjoy that much but its better than when i have sex.
