With more information, such as exactly what is your neurological problem, I might be able to tell you if there is a connection between the two.

According to the American Academy of Dermatology, most people lose anywhere from 50 to 100 strands of hair each day.

Extreme stress, intense illness, dramatic weight loss over a short period of time and taking too much vitamin A can cause hair loss.
Certain hairstyles like cornrows, or too-tight braids can cause hair loss called traction alopecia. Hair dyes, chemical treatments, bad brushes, blow dryers and flat irons can result in damage and breakage.

However, if you are noticing bald spots or an excessive amount of hair that has fallen out, please consult a dermatologist.
