I am a virgin never came close to a penis. My period has never been this late I was suppose to get it the 20th and is already the 24th. I haven't been sleeping right worried about it. But I do have the cramps and I also have itchiness around the vaginal area ease help I'm only 17

You may have an infection which is causing the itching sensation. Infections do not need to be treated necessarily and can go away by themselves. Also infections do not effect the menstrual cycle.
Your cycle may be caused by stress, or hormonal imbalances which are common in adolescent girls. An irregular, missed or late period is no cause for alarm. It is only necessary to have a regular period if you trying to get pregnant or you have severe negative symptoms such as debilitating pain.
