She is very frigid, cannot have intercourse, which I accept, but she shows little interest in exploring other ways for sexual pleasure or experimentation. I usually end up masturbating to climax, but no orgsm, just let s get this over with , which is not satisfying, only makes me more frustrating.
She is not approachable in discussing this topic, she becomes defensive ,yet aggressive.
You may suggest talk to your doctor ( I have) or a sexual therapist-she refuses! I have no idea what she discusses with her Dr.

Only your wife knows the answer to your question. You say you do not know what she discusses with her doctor. Can the two of you see her doctor together and discuss this since she may be more comfortable with her own doctor?
If she refuses to discuss this and refuses to make any kind of compromise, you are left to decide what you can and cannot live with. Perhaps if you explain how serious this is, she will listen. If not, you have some serious thinking to do about what kind of life you can tolerate.
