Why won't my period stop after 3 weeks?

I am a 29 almost 30 year old lady alreay have 3 kids my youngest is about to turn 7 years old after I had my last child I had my tubes cut to prevent pregnancy and my period ussually lasted 5 days but this month for some odd reazon it has lasted for 3 weeks and hasn't stopped I have no clue as of why and it's scaring me I would love to go to the doctors but unfortunately I got no health insurance and got no money to pay for a doctor so any advice of what I could try will be very helpful call me blondy if you like thx :-(

Hi Anonymous,

Bleeding for 3 weeks can result in hemorrhage, so it is important that you get seen by a health professional. Since you have no insurance, you can contact your local public health office and schedule an appointment with them. They charge you based on a sliding scale depending on your income.

Thx it is really worrying me I got a abdominal pain too that started 2 days ago too :(
