Guide

Hello Anonymous,

The adrenal glands release three different classes of hormones. These hormones control many important functions in the body. These include maintaining metabolic processes, such as managing blood sugar levels, regulating the balance of salt and water, and controlling the "fight or flight" response to stress. The adrenal hormones play a role in maintaining pregnancy and are an important source of the sex steroids, such as estrogen and testosterone.

I would think that conception and maintaining a pregnancy would be difficult, if not impossible, without adrenal glands.
