Will a girl get pregnant if he fingered her with sperms on his finger?

So my boyfriend and I had oral sex and he cum in my mouth and he touched his penis, that means his hands/finger have sperms. He didnt wash his hands for a couple of hours but we didn't do anything during that period of time. After a few hours, he washed his hand only with cold water for a short while and start fingering me. Will there be any chance the sperms are still on his finger? Will I get pregnant? Also, he didn't know how to use the condom so he tried putting it in a couple of times. He cum before and he didn't wash his penis, so both sides of the condom have sperms and he didn't cum in me. Will I still get pregnant? Please help. We are all very scared as we are not ready to have a child. Thank you.
