I am very tensed as me and my partner had an unprotected sex but the semen didnt went inside my vagina but after 15 min we again had sex my partner dick was having some semen on it.... so does that small part of semen will make me pregrant?

Yes, since you resumed sexual intercourse within 15 minutes, the sperm in the semen was still alive and capable of fertilizing an egg. The chance of conception increased if this happened 5 days before or on the day that you ovulated.
It only takes one sperm and there are millions of sperm in an average ejaculation.
